Welcome to Vitality Renewal Clinic (VRC). I’m Dr. Joseph Garrett, a licensed Naturopathic Physician in Washington State. I founded VRC in response to a growing need I observed over the past 10 years at my primary care practice, Fairhaven Integrative Health (FIH). While FIH primarily focused on general naturopathic and primary care, more and more of my patients began seeking personalized, medically guided support for aging, weight management, and hormone optimization.

Many had visited weight loss and HRT clinics that emphasized medications but offered little guidance on nutrition, exercise, or lifestyle-based interventions. I created Vitality Renewal Clinic to offer a more comprehensive, integrative approach.

At VRC, I provide thoughtful, personalized care that combines evidence-based conventional medicine with time-tested naturopathic therapies. My focus is on supporting healthy aging and sustainable weight management through a multi-faceted lens—including hormone balance, gastrointestinal health, targeted nutrition, and physical activity.
